Clubhouse Offers ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name of SidekickBox Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We operate the website clubhouseoffers.co.uk. By accessing this website or submitting an enquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow interested parties to make contact with us. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any harmful or offensive content, or to attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site's operation.
Clubhouse Offers provides local advertising and offers services for clubs, leisure venues and local businesses. Our services include a managed venue network, Self-Managed Sponsorship subscriptions, advertiser subscriptions, hosted offer pages, reporting tools and optional printed display materials. Specific commercial terms may also be confirmed separately when you enter into a paid arrangement with us.
Submitting an enquiry via our contact form does not constitute a binding contract or commitment from either party. It is an expression of interest only. We will follow up at our discretion.

Self-Managed Sponsorship subscriptions are offered at the price shown at the point of purchase. The first platform month is free. After the free month, the venue commits to a minimum of six paid monthly subscription payments at the selected plan price. Venues are responsible for sourcing and managing their own advertisers, setting their own advertiser charges, providing and funding any prize, running the prize draw, contacting winners and managing their own email or marketing outreach outside the Clubhouse Offers platform. Venues must ensure any advertising, prize draw and communications they run are lawful and accurate. Clubhouse Offers does not take a percentage of sponsor or advertiser revenue on the Self-Managed Sponsorship plan unless separately agreed.
A Self-Managed Sponsorship venue may earn one free subscription month for each eligible new venue it refers. A referral qualifies once the referred venue has joined a Self-Managed Sponsorship plan and successfully completed its first paid monthly payment. The referral must be attributed using the referring venue’s valid referral code or link. Credits are applied to future subscription invoices, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withhold or reverse credits where referrals are duplicated, self-referrals, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible.
Managed Network venues may join without a monthly platform fee where agreed. Clubhouse Offers sources and manages advertisers and may share advertising revenue with the venue under separate commercial terms. Revenue share levels, exclusions and any venue-specific restrictions will be confirmed before launch.
Optional printed materials are produced to the specification selected or agreed at the time of order. Prices, quantities and delivery arrangements will be shown or confirmed before payment. Minor colour or production variations may occur in normal commercial printing.
Starter pack. Each venue on a Self-Managed Sponsorship plan receives one free starter pack of 10 table tents and 2 posters. It is sent to the delivery address given at setup once setup is complete, and is limited to one pack per venue. Any further print is available as optional paid add-ons.
Advertiser subscriptions are charged at the price and billing interval shown at checkout. Introductory pricing applies only for the stated introductory period. Unless a fixed term is expressly stated, advertiser subscriptions may be cancelled before the next billing date to avoid the next recurring charge.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clubhouse Offers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or reliance on information contained herein. We make no warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of any information on this site.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
