Clubhouse Offers provides a beer-mat based local advertising platform for UK golf clubs and local businesses. Full terms of service governing advertising agreements and club partnerships are provided separately upon entering into a commercial relationship with us.

4. Enquiry Submissions

Submitting an enquiry via our contact form does not constitute a binding contract or commitment from either party. It is an expression of interest only. We will follow up at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Clubhouse Offers or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

6. Prize Draws

• Eligibility: open to UK residents aged 18+ who are members or guests of a participating golf club.
• One standard entry per person per month.
• Bonus entry: one additional entry is awarded if, immediately following form submission, the entrant clicks through to any partner business offer on the confirmation screen. Only one bonus entry is available per submission, regardless of how many business offers are clicked.
• The winner is selected at random at the end of each calendar month.
• The winner will be contacted by email within 5 working days of the draw.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days, a new winner will be selected.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• Clubhouse Offers reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clubhouse Offers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or reliance on information contained herein.
