When you submit an enquiry, configure a Self-Managed Sponsorship package, create or manage an advertiser account, make a purchase, or enter a prize draw, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, business or venue name, role, offer details, selected package options and other information you choose to provide. We also collect technical and usage information required to operate, secure and measure the service.
We use your data to: respond to your enquiry; contact you about our services; and improve the operation of our website. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. Where you have opted in via the prize draw entry form, we may send you occasional emails featuring local offers from Clubhouse Offers partners. The legal basis for this is your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email.
